How to implement Oauth 2.0 in vuejs 3.0

I am writing an internal app hosted in the cloud and I would like for it to be secured using oAuth 2.0 and easily accessible by using a Google login or username/ password.

The back end of the App uses F# ( some C# in parts ) and MongoDB as the data store.

Do I need a separate library to achieve this – or is there some tutorial/docs to see how this is done. I am not familiar with the security side of things as most of my apps are either fully back end or internal on a local intranet with no security. Struggling a bit finding direction.
