How do i ‘stream’ a whole folder, or multiple files of HTML and CSS

So I am trying to make a Buzzer thing that anyone who is connected to the same local wifi can join by typing an IP address, and when everyone joins it will show them a buzzer and it will show me "admin" who pressed it first when a question is asked.
I got to the part where I stream ONE script through an IP on my network, it streams just one file, meaning just the one HTML file without the CSS, how can I do it? are there any other ways to do it?

Here is my code that currently runs just one file
