Discord.js: How to make a logging system with cases using MongoDB?

Currently, I have no cases thing in my logging system in my Discord bot. Once I tried implementing it using Quick.db and it worked but it is unstable and insecure. The case is the serial number of moderation action taken.

So I decided to move on MongoDB because it is faster and more secure. Sadly, I don’t know how to implement this.
